    We Do Not Accept Returns

    Because our products are temperature-sensitive cold-chain research materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.

    Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

    Refunds

    Where a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, it is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
